I have ran one query which uses xp_cmdshell.
But that query started taking long time to complete or never completes, So I have killed that query.
But it was not killed actually and in activity monitor it was showing killed/rolledback.
Normally In the above situation, we have to restart the SQL Services from Task manager(Kill the SQL Server Process).
But I have tried below method without restarting the SQL Server services:
After waiting for much time, I have opened Task manager, Details then under Name I found cmd.exe process and user was SQL Server. So I have killed that one(End Process tree or End Task), which helped in resolving the issue.
